I called them to confirm they’d be covering the cost of Magnetic Island Accommodation until we were able to fly. I referred to section K – ‘catastrophe’. This includes costs incurred as a result of your holiday being buggered up by ‘fire, flood, earthquake, storm, lightening, explosion, hurricane or a major outbreak of an infectious disease’.
